How do you measure your impact?
At Baobuyu, we measure impact differently

It sounds like,
a young girl proudly reading her first sentence
a mother sharing how her handmade bag helped her feed her family
a child laughing freely in a classroom where they feel safe
Impact for us,
Is the quiet, powerful shift that happens when someone feels seen, supported, and believed in.
We live and work in a community that faces real challenges every day: hunger, limited access to education, deep-rooted gender inequality, and financial hardship.

At Baobuyu, every hurdle is an opportunity.
This is how we choose to make an impact:

Hear Korret's Story
Korret has had her oldest daughter, Mwangala, and now the youngest, Lungowe, attend our school. Hear about her experience!
"Mwangala grasped the concepts, giving her the tools she needed to excel in Grade 1 and beyond. Lungowe is very eager to learn. At 3 years old, she can already sing most of the alphabet and is willing to learn more every day".
"I wanted my kids to have a head start in their education. Baobuyu is a very good school, and they have shown me personally a lot of care as a parent. I am very grateful and I thank God every day."
At Baobuyu, our impact is personal. It's human.
It's in the everyday victories that add up to lasting change...

... the kind that grows from the inside out.
